Call for vendors! Our outdoor flea market and kayak swap will take place as our Season Opener this year! On Saturday, June 24, we will have Endless Mountain Outfitters leading kayak river tours from Bottcher's Landing to Grove Street Boat Launch from 10am - 2pm. We will have our flea market from 2pm - 5pm.
If you're looking to sell or swap your kayak, canoe, or paddle boards; if you're looking to sell your wares (especially outdoor recreation-, fishing- or boating-related wares); or if you're a vendor who wants to feed some hungry folks on a warm June day, send an e-mail to director@chemungriverfriends.org ASAP.
We are also looking for someone who can hold a one-hour class during this time to teach basic fishing (how to set up the pole, how to bait the hook, how to cast, etc.)--this can be a paid instructor position or a volunteer position. ... See MoreSee Less
